Democratic Candidate for Illinois State Senate District 33
Proudly born & raised in Illinois Senate District 33
Reclaim What it
Means to be American
Currently, our federal government is exerting considerable pressure on us. We need leaders who will stand up for Illinois voters.
Satnaam Singh Mago is someone who puts Illinoisans first.
We need to protect workers from unfair labor practices, ensure migrants receive due process, and help taxpayers avoid economic insecurity.
We are running a people-funded, grassroots campaign fighting for economic dignity for all Illinois residents. That means investing in our workers. We must increase tax incentives for businesses to invest in their employees. Additionally, we must increase subsidies for small businesses in our state.
Our tax dollars should be invested in Illinois citizens — full stop.
A CAMPAIGN FOR ILLINOISANS - BY ILLINOISANS.
Together, we can move our community forward by rejecting corporate PACs and embracing people funded campaigns.
We need to remember what built the American middle class.
Illinois Senate District 33 is made of an eclectic mix of city & rural. From farmland, suburban sprawl, and urban centers, our campaign wants to bring common sense improvements to better our quality of life.
Four-Year Community College
& Educational Freedom
America was built by those who are experts in their craft. We want those who are choosing their educational path to keep their money in Illinois. We want to expand community college as a viable path to a good-paying job.
Community colleges offering four-year degrees would lower tuition to approximately $20,000 for a bachelor's degree. Satnaam supports a bill that would expand community colleges, including accreditation for bachelor's degrees, paid internships with small businesses & unions, and other vocational training.
Students fuel the local economies surrounding their educational establishments.
Why would we not want to bring more students to Illinois for an affordable, rigorous educational experience?
We need your support!
We believe that how one is funded matters. We must deliver for our constituents by hearing their concerns. The cost of living has gone up while salaries remain stagnant. Far too often, our working class is asked to shoulder the burden for society, while getting little in return. We must recognize the right to the things one needs to live in dignity — a human right. That includes healthcare, education, housing, food, and more.
Join the campaign that will not sacrifice any of our rights for political convenience. Workers’ rights are migrants’ rights. Migrants’ rights are women’s rights. Women’s rights are Palestinian rights. Palestinian rights are all of our rights on the chopping block. Join us today to reclaim what it means to be an American—sign up, volunteer, and make your voice heard. As a coalition, let’s revive the best of our New Deal past and put our best foot forward as a country that protects workers, families, and all Illinoisans.
Stand with us—donate today to keep our campaign strong against those backed by corporate PACs.
